| Creative Networking | The Literacy Exchange is a national network that meets three times a year to share projects and research relating to the development of literacy and English language for the 8-14 age group in Scotland. |
| Creative Consultancy | Project management, project evaluation and resouce development, including managing the initial phase of Literature in Learning, developing resources for National Poetry Day and the Michael Rosen poetry tour, and acting as a specialist education adviser for Scottish Arts Council. |
